I am proud to say that I am a doTERRA Wellness Advocate! I can earn free products and shipping each month I place a Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) order. For the month of March, I took advantage of the montly promotion, earned a free product, and gained two more free products for placing a 200 PV order. (PV is personal volume. Each item is assigned a PV value.) I also added two more essential oils to my repertoire.
Let’s review my March order:
- On Guard Foaming Hand Wash with 2 Dispensers
- Promotion: I saved 10% by ordering this product in March
- My thoughts: I am obsessed with On Guard essential oil so I knew I was going to like this hand wash. It is gentle, cleans and softens, and leaves my hands smelling citrusy fresh with a hint of spice. On Guard supports healthy immune function and I feel good knowing that I am using an all-natural product to clean my hands.
- Melaleuca Touch
- Free Product of the Month (Orders over 125 PV, placed between the 1st-15th of the month)
- My thoughts: This is a blend of Melaleuca (tea tree oil) and Fractionated Coconut Oil (FCO). Melaleuca Touch can be used to cleanse and purify skin and nails and helps to promote a healthy complexion. After I shower, I use Melaleuca Touch on my nail beds and I also put a drop into my facial moisturizer. I have also used this after shaving to calm my skin and sooth irritation.
- Deep Blue Rub
- Incentive, Free Product with orders over 200 PV
- Deep Blue Rub is a topical cream that is non-greasy and promotes a soothing, cooling effect. This is often used by massage therapists and clinicians. My job as an occupational therapist can be physical, so I use Deep Blue Rub on my lower back, neck, and knees. It feels good on my skin after a long workout at the gym.
- Deep Blue Touch
- Incentive, Free Product with orders over 200 PV
- This is the Deep Blue essential oil mixed with Fractionated Coconut Oil (FCO). This is both adult and child friendly. I carry Deep Blue Touch with me in my backpack. I unscrew the top and apply directly to my neck, back, and knees. I like the cooling effect.
- Lemon Essential Oil
- I purchased wholesale for $10.00 USD for a 15mL bottle.
- I love lemons. It is a very uplifting, invigorating, refreshing essential oil. I add one or two drops to a big glass of water to aide in digestion, I diffuse to cleanse and purify my living space, and I use lemon essential oil as an all-natural cleanser. I can’t wait to make a poppy seed lemon bread using a few drops of essential oil. Lemon truly does it all!
- Rosemary Essential Oil
- I purchased wholesale for $14.00 USD for a 15mL bottle.
- In the spring, I have an herb garden and rosemary is my go-to herb when I make poultry, fish, and meat. Rosemary supports healthy digestion and respiratory function, and also reduces feelings of nervousness and fatigue. In my diffuser, I put 2 drops of rosemary, 2 drops of lemon, and 1 drop of peppermint for a refreshing scent. I have added a few drops to my marinade or slow cooking dish, and I have applied rosemary with castor oil to my scalp to keep my hair strong and to assist with those pesky white flakes.
I love my doTERRA essential oils! I integrate them into my life every day to improve my overall health and wellness. The information above was gathered from here and in my book, The Essential Life, 3rd edition, by Total Wellness Publishing. I purchased the book here.

What exactly is “fractionated” coconut oil? Do you think some of these blends could be made on one’s own, combining essential oils with the other necessary natural ingredients?
