Let’s start with the bad news, first. I’m a pretty smart woman. I have a Master’s degree and you will find me saying, “Read the directions” whenever my husband and I have a project that needs to be put together…

It took me 1 hour to figure out how to get the Brush Hero correctly assembled and affixed to my garden hose. My husband had to help me and ultimately figured it out. He was so happy I was finally going to clean my car, and he got so frustrated he said, “this better be worth the aggravation!” 

Brush Hero – you need CONCISE directions labeling each piece! I couldn’t even figure it out on your website. I was going crazy. Customer service was going to hear from me. Please know, not everyone knows what female and male connectors are! My husband and I realized that we don’t need the Quick Connect Adaptor and another ridiculous piece and that we could attach the hose right into the bottom of the Brush Hero. Maybe a YouTube video would help?

Was it worth the hassle?

Yes! I don’t think the above pictures do my wheels justice. I have been disappointed using super hot water and brillo pads to try to get the dirt and grime off my wheels (hence why I have never cleaned them). My wheels have been neglected for years, so I wasn’t expecting a miracle. I also ran out of wheel cleaner (of course that would happen the day I actually want to clean them). Brush Hero absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Besides the direction debacle, Brush Hero was very easy to use. It didn’t take much time to get my wheels from filthy to shiny. Take a look at my husband having fun with the Brush Hero below.

After using the Brush Hero to clean my wheels, I mentioned to Jason that I wanted to clean my bike and the windows. My husband said he wants to clean the grill grates and some of the outdoor tools. Brush Hero is very versatile and could help us clean everything!
